Booking Chalet Marco Polo gives you exclusive use of the entire chalet. This comprises on the first floor a large comfortable lounge and dining area with a log burner and access to the large south east facing balcony which offers uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc and the Chaine du Fizz. On this level there is also a seperate TV room with large screen TV, a WII station with lots of games to keep the children happy, a cloakroom, the laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier, the well equiped kitchen and the first and largest of the 6 bedrooms. This double bedroom is large enough to take an extra bed and has an en-suite bathroom with integral shower.

orld wars the farm followed a pattern found widely in this part of the Haute Savoie. In the renovation much of the existing timber was reused to offer a pleasant blend of new and old. In order to achieve a high level of comfort and to comply with todays eco-friendly requirements two of the levels are equiped with underfloor central heating, all the windows are double glazed and the timber clad walls are insulated with 30cms of rockwool.

The open plan staircase leads you to the balcony and mezzanine where you will find a cosy area reserved for reading. There are two large bookcases full of classic books and reference works about the alps. Here you will also find the 5 remaining bedrooms. 3 of these are again large enough to take an extra bed and have their own bathrooms. The 4th double/twin bedded room and 5th room containing Bunk beds are connected by their own corridor and share a bathroom. We call this the family suite. All the double beds can be split into singles to make twin bedded rooms. All the rooms are equiped with a hairdrier

All the ensuite bathrooms are fully tiled and have baths with integral showers.

In the basement there is a 4 person Finnish sauna and a fully equiped gym.
